Thank you for shopping at Woudworks. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs and what you can expect after your purchase.

Order processing

Unless otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed as quickly as possible.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order has been dispatched. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other events beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the order weight and the selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders, as displayed at checkout.

Canadian duties, taxes and other applicable charges

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance or handling fees. If taxes and import charges are collected at checkout, they are not payable upon delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or upon delivery. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

United Kingdom duties, taxes and other applicable charges

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, customs duties and import charges. Where available, these charges are calculated and collected at checkout. Any taxes or duties collected at checkout will be displayed before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or upon delivery. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

In some cases, additional import charges, customs duties, VAT, carrier clearance fees or handling fees may be payable when your order arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by UK customs and/or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless we expressly state at checkout that duties and taxes have been prepaid.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times. We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.

European Union duties, taxes and other applicable charges

Orders shipped to countries in the European Union may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance or handling fees. Where available, applicable taxes, duties and import charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or upon delivery. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If checkout states that duties and taxes have been prepaid, your order will be shipped with those charges prepaid. You should not then be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery. If checkout does not state that duties and taxes have been prepaid, you may need to pay VAT, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or carrier handling fees before or upon delivery.

Import charges are determined by EU customs authorities and/or the carrier. They may vary depending on the destination country, product classification, product value, country of origin and shipping method. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and, where applicable, a tracking link. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China’s Hong Kong SAR, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, surcharges and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact us and we will help you resolve the matter with the carrier.

Order changes or cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order is dispatched, but once it is on its way, we can no longer change it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders are processed directly through the original payment method where possible.
